End-User License Agreement

JVC Insulation LLC grants you a limited license to use Bid Desk for that purpose. The license is nonexclusive and nontransferable. It is for authorized JVC staff and for customers who receive a bid, an invoice, or a payment link. You do not own the app.

Use Bid Desk only for lawful bidding, invoicing, and payment with JVC Insulation LLC. Do not bypass access controls, copy the app, interfere with the service, or use it for a different business. Do not share a sign-in or a payment link with a person who is not allowed to use it.

When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online, Bid Desk uses Intuit so bids, invoices, and payments can stay in sync. The Privacy Policy describes the QuickBooks information the app uses and why.

Bid Desk is provided as is and as available. JVC Insulation LLC does not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, JVC Insulation LLC disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

To the fullest extent Connecticut law allows, JVC Insulation LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Bid Desk. This includes lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow a contract to limit.

Connecticut law governs this agreement. Conflict of law rules do not change that. Disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, except where the law requires a different venue.

JVC Insulation LLC may update these terms. When it does, this page shows a new effective date. If you keep using Bid Desk after that date, you accept the updated terms.
